2. Preparing Job descriptions for various positions.
3. Release PVA’s for various positions in different platforms.
4. Sourcing profiles for various positions that are open in company.
5. Coordinating interviews with the Hiring Manager and the prospects.
6. Taking feedback from the hiring manager and source profiles as per the prerequisite.
7. Performing reference and background checks.
8. Following up on the interview process status.
9. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
10. Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
1. Graduate from a reputed college & MBA / PGDM will be preferable.
2. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
3. Must have handled job portals.
