Education: Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
Experience: 7–12 years in FMCG and distributor management.
Sales Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, local market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
Business Skills: Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, credit policy execution, and financial follow-up.
Customer Management: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
