1) Acute / Antibiotic / Hospital Division

📍 Location: Pune
🌍 Territory: Pune, Nashik & Ahilyanagar

• Lead and manage a team of ~15 field executives.
• Drive strategic growth across hospital, institutional, and acute care segments.
• Build and strengthen key hospital accounts with a strong focus on antibiotics and specialty therapies.
• Execute regional business plans to accelerate prescription growth and market penetration.
• Ideal for leaders with proven experience in hospital sales, key account management, and specialty-driven expansion.

2) Gynaecology / Orthopaedics Division

📍 Location: Jaipur
🌍 Territory: Rajasthan (Entire State)

• Lead a large, multi-layered sales team comprising ~17 Medical Executives and 3 Area Managers.
• Manage a wide geographic span with multi-specialty portfolios.
• Drive consistent performance through strong people leadership, coaching, and territory planning.
• Ideal for experienced managers with strong team-handling capability and exposure to large territories.

3) Acute Division

📍 Location: Bangalore
🌍 Territory: Karnataka

• Manage a focused regional team of 4–5 sales professionals.
• Drive acute portfolio growth through market development, base business strengthening, and expansion initiatives.
• Execute regional strategies to improve coverage, productivity, and prescription share.
• Ideal for leaders skilled in regional business development and execution excellence.
