Accountabilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients without cold calling

Navigate company systems to locate and provide accurate information efficiently

Participate in training, testing, and professional development programs as needed

Ensure a professional, distraction-free remote work environment during all shifts

Requirements:
