The Residential Leasing Negotiator will be responsible in finding and winning new clients for the Residential Services of the company.
Job Description:
Promote and lead lease and sales of properties through advertisements, digital marketing, open houses, and participation in various sales and marketing initiatives
Establish strong network of potential clients, and maintain good and healthy relationship with them
Carefully and efficiently present the project to prospective clients and enlighten them on the advantages of acquiring properties
Negotiates with the client on the final settlement value price and specific payment scheme suitable to the client's financial capacity
Guide clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
Responsible for keeping new and existing clients satisfied through delivery of exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis by attending to their needs that includes but is not limited to answering inquiries & follow-ups, sending timely updates, providing end-to-end assistance with any issues they may have from prospecting to after sales and generally going the extra mile
Organize, and submit documentary requirements and collection of payments in a timely manner to ensure target sales bookings and ideal client satisfaction are achieved
Gain feedback from clients to discuss their needs and evaluate the quality of our company’s relationship with them
Meet required sales target on a quarterly basis
Highly adaptable, amenable to flexible work schedules, and answer and assist clients’ inquiries on weekends & after office as necessary
Team player, hardworking, and with good customer relation skills
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Familiarity in the real estate industry is an advantage, and handling foreign clients is a plus, but are not required.
Employees with sales background in brokerage, insurance, car, retail, and the likes are encouraged to apply
Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus, but not required
