The Resource Coordinator is accountable for supporting the resource management processes and systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency for PDG resource planning information under the direction of the PDG SSQ Resource Management Head and Senior Resource Managers.
Major Responsibilities
- Maintaining resource planning information across various systems, including demand, supply, and capacity
- Contributes to the development and ongoing improvement of processes related to system maintenance and information management
- Resourcing system super-user
- Performs data quality checks across resourcing systems
- Communicates with Resource Managers regularly to support resource planning information management
Qualifications
Skills
- Advanced skills in Excel (Pivots) and Planisware products (e.g. PlanSource)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
- Affinity for learning systems and applications
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
- Demonstrated customer focus and delivery of results
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
- 1-2 years experience in clinical operations or development environment
