Hybrid Work
HCVT currently offers a hybrid work model that allows eligible employees to work both remotely and in the office, based on business needs and team coordination. When working remotely, employees are expected to meet the same performance standards, adhere to the same policies, and maintain the same level of communication, collaboration, and responsiveness as working in the office. We are looking for a Resource Management Coordinator for our firm to assist with resource/scheduling assignments for all levels (principal through intern) across different service lines, tax and/or audit. This individual will need to work closely with all levels of our client serving personnel.
The effective deployment of our resources is critical in servicing our clients and is key in providing individual job satisfaction and influencing the career development of our people. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to develop their skills in resource management with the chance to progress and take on greater responsibility.
Your role as a Resource Management Coordinator will consist of, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in assigning client service personnel to engagements.
- Maintain and accurately update the scheduling software.
- Prepare and distribute scheduling and utilization reports as needed.
- Review scheduling reports and identify potential conflicts or staffing availability.
- Communicate any changes in personnel to all affected.
- Use available scheduling tools to update and forecast hours for projects, track actual utilization, and monitor individual schedules.
- Assist with setting up meetings, including setting agendas and taking notes.
- Collaborate with the team to support office/firm projects as needed.
To be successful, these are the skills, qualities and experience you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible in adapting to continually changing priorities and varied personalities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, strong Excel skills a plus

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 plus overtime pay.
