Type: Temporary, March– June 2026 (full-time & part-time roles)
Schedule: Must be available evenings/weekends; extended hours during launch weeks & product drops
Reports to: Store Manager / Assistant Manager
Salary $20.25 per hour min
About the Role
We’re opening a high-energy pop-up in West Hollywood and need customer obsessed Retail Assistants to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll be the face of the brand on the shop floor welcoming guests, managing queues during busy periods, driving sales at POS, and keeping the space tight and on-brand.
What You’ll Do
- Serve & Sell: Greet customers, understand needs, recommend fits/sizes, cross-sell, and close at POS (Shopify or similar).
- Operations: Replenish stock, size and fold, back-of-house organization, receive deliveries, and keep the floor immaculate.
- Loss Prevention: Tag product, follow EAS procedures, maintain fitting room standards, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Brand Standards & VM: Execute visual guidelines, size runs, and window refreshes; keep displays aligned with brand direction.
- Events & Drops: Assist with launch days, influencer visits, and extended trading hours.
- KPIs: Contribute to daily targets (conversion, UPT, ATV) and customer satisfaction scores.
- H&S Compliance: Follow safety, fire code, and incident reporting procedures.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year retail, fashion, or hospitality experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Confident communicator with a warm, proactive approach.
- Comfortable with busy, high-footfall environments and line management.
- Fan/ Consumer of the brand.
- Tech-friendly (POS/iPad apps); quick to learn new systems.
- Team player who’s punctual, reliable, and detail-driven.
- Nice to have: Multilingual (Spanish/Mandarin a plus), styling experience, key-holder experience.
