Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute the annual marketing calendar for all offline stores nationwide, planning and implementing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and member-exclusive activities. Lead end-to-end marketing support for new store openings, including strategy development for launch events, pre-opening buzz creation, on-ground execution, and post-launch traffic driving initiatives to ensure a successful debut. Participate in integrated online-offline marketing campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Digital, Procurement, and Operations to ensure successful campaign delivery. Conduct post-campaign reviews, analyzing sales, foot traffic, and other data to provide optimization recommendations. Promotion Management & Execution: Manage promotional activities, including scheduling, product selection, gift-with-purchase ordering and allocation, system setup, and resource coordination. Oversee promotion-related communication touchpoints, designing and implementing promotional content in stores. Track promotion performance and conduct analysis for continuous optimization. Cross-Brand Partnerships & PR: Develop and maintain partnerships with shopping malls and cross-industry brands, planning joint marketing initiatives and brand events to enhance local brand influence. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation: Take dedicated responsibility for supporting store-level Red Note account operations, developing content calendars, assisting stores in creating high-quality posts and visual content, and planning check-in campaigns to effectively drive offline store traffic. Monitor retail social media accounts, maintain brand image, and proactively engage with users. Track social media KPIs and leverage insights to optimize content strategies in real time. Other Retail Marketing Tasks: Support the Retail Manager in developing in-store communication materials and other assigned retail marketing tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Retail Management, Communications, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, event planning, or social media operations. Experience in the retail industry or new store launch support is preferred. Passion for the retail industry, with excellent communication skills, aesthetic sensibility, data analysis capabilities, and quick learning agility. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong team player, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic design software skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) or visual merchandising experience is a plus.
