Revenue Operations Specialist

The Revenue Operations Specialist will own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commission payments, Sales Tax compliance, and State Reporting. This person takes pride in executing thoughtfully designed revenue operations. They treat both clients and internal team members as customers to be given excellent service. This is a hands-on role, as we prefer implementing scalable systems instead of hiring people to administer processes. You’ll report to the CFO or VP of Finance.

Civitech is headquartered in Austin, TX, with employees in various states across the US. The Content Specialist can work from our Austin co-working space or remotely in any of the 27 states currently in Civitech’s footprint (AL, AK, CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WY).
