Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RMA Technical Specialist to Drive and Improve the RMA process for emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with System Administrator level trouble shooting skills, the ability to support multiple technologies and experience with different trouble reporting systems . This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require JIRA knowledge, Confluence experience and various Vendor Portal Experience. It will also require the ability to adapt to the latest technology, help drive resolutions for never before seen issues and develop documentation as the technology evolves. $75,000 - $90,000
Final compensation will vary depending on years of experience, background/skill set, location, and applicable laws.
