Market Research and Development:
Conduct market research and analysis of international markets, including customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
Identify, establish, and develop relationships with potential customers and partners in overseas markets.
Propose strategies to expand the market and drive revenue growth.
Managing International Business Activities:
Conduct market research and analysis of international markets, including customer needs, competitors, and market trends.

Managing International Business Activities:
Participate in trade promotion activities such as fairs, exhibitions, and international seminars to promote the company's products/services.
Develop international business plans and propose solutions for approaching target customers and markets.
Coordinate with other departments (production, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure timely and quality delivery and contract execution.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Draft quotations, contracts, and related documents in compliance with international standards.
Negotiate contract terms (pricing, payment methods, transportation, insurance, etc.) to secure the company's benefits while meeting customer needs.
Monitor contract implementation to ensure timely payments and deliveries.
Customer Care:
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide customers with information and support regarding the company's products/services and policies.
Reporting and Evaluation:
Prepare regular reports on business results, market trends, and sales forecasts.
Analyze international business performance and propose improvement solutions.
Monitor and evaluate individual and team KPIs to ensure target achievement.
Qualifications
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of international trade, logistics, and regulations related to import-export activities.
Work Experience:
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in international business or import-export roles.
Fresh graduates with strong skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Proficiency in foreign languages (English is a must; additional languages based on the target market are a plus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business tools.
Other Requirements:
Energetic, creative, and capable of working independently or in a team.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Base Salary: USD $600-1000 based + commission /month
