Responsibilities:
Increases and maintains community census.Arranges and conducts on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families for the purpose of discovery.Continuously creates unique and personal follow up for prospects and their families.Facilitates and assists with the completion of the resident move-in process and completes all necessary paperwork.

3+ years selling experienceSenior living experience strongly preferred but not requiredMust possess exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying messages with conviction and confidenceDemonstrates understanding of one- on- one sales strategy an implementation.Computer skills including MS Office, and CRM/Contact management systems, i.e. SHERPASelf-motivated and goal-drivenTime management, organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skillsAbility to deliver results and meet performance/sales goalsDemonstrated understanding and support of the mission and philosophy of FellowshipLIFE, Inc.Must be hospitality and customer service focused.
