Essential Functions:
Manages incoming phone calls and emailsMaintains CHHA ScheduleConducts comprehensive client intakesEnsures timely and accurate data entry of client informationSchedules CHHA team members for both on and off campus clients/residents Review agreements with clients and obtain signatures
Qualifictions:
Minimum of two (2) years related experience in a health care setting, preferably home care, long term care, or hospital PC literate with knowledge of payroll and scheduling softwareHighly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphereDemonstrates strong communication and relationship building skillsAvailability for evening and weekend on-call hours to handle emergencies is essential
