We're hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to turn our best sales motions into high-performing, repeatable playbooks.
You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product to create scalable playbooks to help turn Paraform’s sales team into a machine. This is a high impact role for someone who loves sales, loves systems, and wants to build the “how we sell” engine at a fast-growing startup.
3-6 years of experience in sales enablement or as a top performing AE at a startup
Proven success partnering with sales, marketing, and product teams
Demonstrated ability to scale enablement programs - you’ve implemented tools, training, and other processes that support rapid team growth and a constantly evolving GTM playbook
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect new programs to real business outcomes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Build and maintain sales playbooks
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, product, and marketing teams to effectively translate the value of our product to our customers
Own onboarding and ramp for sales roles
Amplify daily impact of SDRs and AEs with new strategies and initiatives
Measure and report impact to sales management and other relevant stakeholders
