The Sales Engineer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by expanding market presence, acquiring new customers, and delivering technical solutions that enhance customer productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. This position blends technical expertise with consultative selling to create long-term customer value.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Identify, develop, and onboard new customers while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and on-site trials.
  • Understand customer applications and recommend value-based technical solutions.
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships across the territory.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of metal cutting processes and CNC machining.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, coolants, and metal cutting oil management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to negotiate commercially and apply value-selling principles.
  • Fundamental understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.

Preferred Profile

  • Educational background in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
  • Prior experience in industrial, engineering, or technical sales is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
