Our model separates acquisition, delivery, and monetisation so each function can scale with discipline. As we expand into public schools while continuing to grow our teaching center network, we are building a dedicated commercial function focused on revenue growth.
The Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead revenue generation across two channels: public schools and teaching centers. This role manages external sales consultants, leads public school account managers, and drives cross-sell performance within existing teaching centers. The role sits at the center of Manabie’s commercial engine and works closely with Growth, RevOps, Operations, and Academic teams to convert demand into sustainable revenue.
What You Will Do
Lead Public School Sales
- Manage account managers responsible for public school partnerships
- Support conversion of new schools and expansion within existing schools
- Develop sales playbooks and pitch materials for principals
- Maintain strong relationships with school leadership
Manage External Sales Consultants
- Recruit and manage external sales consultants
- Define commission structures and sales targets
- Ensure consultants follow consistent messaging and sales processes
- Monitor pipeline and conversion performance
Drive Cross-Sell Revenue in Teaching Centers
- Own cross-selling performance across teaching centers
- Develop sales campaigns for new subjects and programs- Work with TE admins and center managers to improve conversion rates
- Translate parent demand signals into sales initiatives
Build Commercial Playbooks
- Develop structured sales playbooks for both TE and public school channels
- Standardise pitch decks and sales collateral
- Work with RevOps to track pipeline performance and identify bottlenecks
Work Cross-Functionally
- Coordinate with Growth & Localisation on new products
- Work with Academic to ensure programs are deliverable
- Partner with Operations to align scheduling and staffing
- Ensure RevOps has accurate pipeline data
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales
- Experience selling into institutions, schools, or regulated sectors
- Strong track record managing sales teams or distributed sales channels
- Comfortable managing both internal and external sales teams
- Strong ability to build repeatable sales processes
- Vietnamese and English fluency required
