As a Partnership & Events Specialist, you will help execute seminars, webinars, and partner initiatives that generate qualified expat property leads.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, sales, and partner network teams, ensuring events run smoothly and partner relationships remain well supported.

About the Role
The Partnership & Events Specialist supports Odin’s affiliate and partner ecosystem by coordinating communications, maintaining partner data, and executing partner seminars and events.
Your goal is to help ensure that every partner interaction is well managed and every event runs smoothly, contributing to consistent lead generation and partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Relationship Support
- Assist with day-to-day communications with Odin’s network of buyer’s agents, sports communities, and business partners.
- Act as a responsive first point of contact for partner inquiries.
- Distribute marketing resources, collateral, and tools to partner networks.
- Maintain clear communication logs within the CRM.
2. Event & Seminar Coordination
- Coordinate administrative and logistical tasks for community seminars, live events, and webinars.
- Manage pre-event, during-event, and post-event logistics, including:
- Venue coordination
- Vendor communication
- Catering and AV setup
- Event materials and checklists
- Ensure events are well organized and run according to the defined event plan.
3. Lead Capture & CRM Management
- Ensure proper lead capture during partner seminars and events.
- Upload and tag all event attendees, referrals, and partners in HubSpot within 24 hours.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date partner database with interaction logs.
4. Event Performance Tracking
- Maintain a simple dashboard tracking:
- Event registrations
- Attendee show-up rates
- Partner source of leads
- Handoff to the sales team
- Ensure SDR teams receive event leads promptly so follow-ups are triggered.
5. Reporting & Process Support
- Compile partner and event performance data into simple reports.
- Identify recurring operational improvements for partner and event processes.
- Ensure marketing and partner documentation remains organized and updated.
Requirements
Required Experience
- Up to 1 year of experience in marketing support, administration, event coordination, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience supporting communication with external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Favorable Experience
- Exposure to event coordination, seminars, or community engagement activities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Interest in property, finance, or investment industries
- Past involvement in university clubs, networking groups, or community organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or currently completing one) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment
- No advanced certifications required
