JoomPro is entering a rapid expansion phase and we are now looking for an experienced Sales Specialist who will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients for JoomPro Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure enterprise clients for JoomPro Brazil, building strong and lasting relationships
- Tailor JoomPro solutions to the specific needs of customers to ensure value delivery
- Design and maintain a robust outbound prospecting pipeline to drive consistent growth
- Oversee the entire acquisition process — from curating prospect lists and managing the sales funnel to closing high-value deals
- Collaborate with Sales Excellence, Supply, Logistics, and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting activities and ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales
- Proven track record in active prospecting of large clients working in SaaS or IT companies targeted at the Supply Chain and importation tech companies
- Strong current networking in relevant industries and the ability to independently build, organize, and manage your own prospecting portfolio with minimal oversight
- Good prioritization and diagnostical skills
- Proficiency in B2B Outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting funnel control, pipeline setup, and conversion by funnel stage
- Advanced English
