The Job
As a Salesforce Developer at Omnidian, you will be a key contributor to our CRM ecosystem, building intelligent, event-driven solutions that power global operations. This is a hands-on role for a technical thinker who approaches Salesforce as a product, not just a system.
You will collaborate with our Senior Architect and a blended team of onshore and offshore developers, ensuring code quality, scalability, and architectural integrity. You’ll leverage AI tools to accelerate development, implement event-driven patterns, and support modern, intelligent workflows that integrate Salesforce with our internal systems.
What You'll Do
At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
Enterprise Development & Code Excellence
Build scalable, maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
Ensure code quality with best practices, bulkification, governor limit awareness, and high test coverage.
Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards across distributed teams.
Refactor legacy automations into modern, event-driven workflows.
Agentic AI & Modern Innovation
Implement and extend Agentforce and Einstein AI to enhance workflows with autonomous, intelligent actions.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Agentforce vibes etc.) to increase engineering velocity.
Build AI-augmented automations and custom GPT-powered integrations bridging Salesforce and proprietary applications.
Communications & Integration Architecture
Support Service Cloud Voice and Omni-Channel implementations.
Build integrations using Platform Events, Pub/Sub API, and Salesforce Event Bus, following Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
Ensure robust, decoupled, and scalable integrations between Salesforce and internal systems.
Monitor and optimize performance, system health, and transaction volumes.
DevOps & Deployment Excellence
Work with CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset to deliver stable, predictable deployments across multiple environments.
Maintain release quality and minimize technical debt in a fast-moving environment.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and proactively contribute to pipeline improvements.
Who You Are
Technical Product Thinker: You don't just "configure" Salesforce; you build it as a core product, focusing on scalable architecture and engineering excellence.
Quality Focused: You are passionate about code integrity, maintainability, and standardizing development patterns across the ecosystem.
Innovator: You are excited to leverage modern tools and AI-assisted engineering (like GitHub Copilot) to increase velocity and solve complex problems.
Collaborator: You thrive working with Senior Architects and distributed development teams, contributing to a culture of peer reviews and shared learning.
Resilient Challenger: You are determined and not afraid of being stretched by a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
Experience You'll Need
4–8+ years of Salesforce development experience in complex Service Cloud environments.
Strong Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration development skills.
Hands-on experience with Platform Events, Pub/Sub API, and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with Omni-Channel and telephony integrations (Service Cloud Voice/Amazon Connect).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
Experience That's a Plus
Practical experience deploying Agentforce or building AI-enhanced workflows.
Background in Java, .NET, or Python.
Experience with Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks for Salesforce data integration.
AWS experience (Lambda, S3, EventBridge) for off-platform architectural extensions.
Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
Prior experience in the energy or renewable sector.
