Salesforce Developer

Growth Resourcing is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our expanding team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires proficiency in Salesforce development, along with an understanding of business operations and client needs. You will work closely with our project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop customized applications, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration processes, and data migration
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration in addition to development skills
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I & II) are highly desired
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently on projects
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is beneficial
• Understanding of business operations and process mapping
