About the role:
Join us as a Salesforce Engineer. You’ll work on building scalable features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, contribute to integrations and CI/CD delivery, and play a key role in enhancing platform quality and automation for our financial services team. What you’ll do:
Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and Apex
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable UI components
Implement and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and standard patterns
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release activities
Support automation modernisation and platform uplift initiatives
Follow Salesforce engineering standards, security and PII practices
Write high-quality Apex test classes and support regression testing
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions
Support production issues and help meet platform service objectives
Stay curious and engaged with evolving development practices and tools
What you’ll have:
Degree in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience working on Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of Apex, triggers, and asynchronous processing
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development
Experience supporting automation and platform modernisation initiatives
Good understanding of Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban)
Great collaboration and communication skills
A curious, problem-solving mindset with a drive to learn and grow
(Bonus) Experience in financial services or regulated environments
(Bonus) Experience in managed packages (preferably Symphonix)
(Bonus) Experience in data migration and Salesforce AI (Agentforce/Einstein)
