Te Tūranga – About the role
In this role, you’ll design, develop and maintain solutions that align with FSNI standards and are delivered on time. You’ll translate business needs into smart application designs, support development and automation testing, and contribute to design reviews and technical documentation. You’ll also troubleshoot production issues through application analysis, code updates and functional testing to keep our systems running smoothly.

You bring a strong Continuous Integration, Continuous Development mindset, champion high coding standards and enjoy contributing to code reviews. You’re keen to work in an agile Scrum team and have solid knowledge of XP and Lean practices. You manage stakeholder expectations confidently, think critically and know when to balance best practice with pragmatic decision‑making. You’re comfortable using tools like JIRA, communicate ideas clearly, and ideally have experience working in a retail environment.
