We are seeking an experienced Home Health Scheduler with strong multitasking, communication, and technology skills. This role focuses on scheduling caregiver shifts, ensuring coverage, and maintaining constant communication with collaborators in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Westlands, Nairobi Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST (7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM \u007C 30-min lunch + 2 breaks)
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Scheduler
• Experiencie in Home Health, Health Care, Scheduling or recruiting.
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Fluent in English C1+
• Experience with caregiving or CNA/PCA experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and ensure coverage of caregiver shifts
• Coordinate daily caregiver activities
• Handle a high volume of calls and text messages professionally
• Maintain accurate records and update Google Sheets and CRM systems
• Communicate regularly with caregivers to confirm availability
• Support general office and administrative tasks
