The Access Specialist is often the first point of contact for new and returning patients for our school based program. This position is responsible for responding to and screening incoming referrals, data entry, coordinating consent and access to care. The clinical responsibilities include completing, updating or reviewing diagnostic assessments. This position is responsible primarily for school-aged patients and their families across both office and school or other community settings. This licensed mental health provider will engage as a member of a collaborative team.
