Within this framework we are seeking a Senior Account Manager - Public Sector.

This role is for senior sales professionals who understand positioning, patience and persistence — and are comfortable operating in complex, highly structured environments.

 

What this role is about

You will manage Public Sector accounts where outcomes depend on preparation, credibility and consistency.

In practice, this means:

  • Developing and running account plans across Government and Public Organizations
  • Engaging early to help shape opportunities before formal tenders are launched
  • Building solid working relationships with decision-makers and key influencers
  • Coordinating Presales, Technology and Delivery teams to submit competitive and compliant proposals
  • Driving opportunities from early engagement through tender submission and contract award
  • Owning pipeline, forecasts and budgets with discipline

This is a role built around ownership, continuity and long-term impact.

Requirements

Who we are looking for

You bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in Public Sector or B2G sales
  • Familiarity with tenders, procurement frameworks and evaluation processes
  • The ability to stay effective when timelines stretch and complexity increases
  • Confidence to align cross-functional teams and lead discussions with senior stakeholders
