Senior Analyst - FP&A(Cash)

About the position

The Global FP&A team is at the core of Flora Food Group management reporting. Within the Global FP&A team there is a team responsible for Cash management. The Senior analyst, Cash is to support the  Cash Manager  on all matters related to cash flow forecasting, working capital management, liquidity planning, Capex management, one-offs management, including daily activities, projects, strategy building and modelling projects

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

• Managing and monitoring global cash flow forecasts
  – You’ll prepare, consolidate, and report cash flow data using Power BI, SAP, and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy across 100+ entities.

• Driving working capital and cash performance insights
  – You’ll circulate dashboards at market level, track variances against targets, and link working capital metrics to operational cash flow.

• Leading global cash flow improvement projects
  – You’ll spearhead initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and KPIs, collaborating across teams and geographies.

• Maintaining and evolving Power BI models
  – You’ll update data models, onboard new users, and ensure seamless forecast submissions and reporting across 60+ countries.

• Simplifying and standardizing processes
  – You’ll work with IT and finance teams to centralize and improve systems, streamline workflows, and support scalable reporting solutions.
