The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business process & QA Specialist to - sit within our Strategy Office - fit within our dynamic environment in the QA & Business Process Team under the Strategy office umbrella- . You will be the guardian of our standards and the eye to see key improvement areas. Your mission is to design, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) frameworks that ensure every department—from Operations to Tech—is running efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Process Management & Optimization
- Lead Process Mapping Initiatives: Spearhead the documentation of current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using standard modeling notations (e.g., BPMN).
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies, and design actionable strategies to eliminate them.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive data analysis to determine the root causes of process failures or delays and implement corrective actions.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- QA Framework Development: Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures across the organization to ensure processes meet business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to measure the success of process changes and operational health.
- Audit & Review: Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to defined standards and identify areas for further optimization.
Business Analysis & Documentation (SDLC focus)
- Requirement Gathering: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and refine business requirements.
- Documentation: Author and review detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories to support technical implementation.
- SDLC Support: Accompany the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by ensuring that technical solutions align perfectly with the defined business processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Process Management, or Internal Audit, preferably in the Tech, Logistics, or Operations sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- PMP or COBIT certifications are a plus.
