Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnoses of patients with spinal disorders
- Perform complex surgical procedures, including advanced spine surgeries such as fusion and deformity corrections

- Educate patients and their families about surgical options and recovery processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical protocols and care pathways
- Mentor junior surgeons and medical staff, sharing expertise in spinal care

- Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects in spinal surgery

Requirements
- Medical degree and board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery
- Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery
- Significant experience in the management of complex spine conditions and surgeries
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive approaches
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to public health and improving patient outcomes
