Summary
TDA is looking for a Senior Copywriter with 5+ years of experience and a genuine love of advertising. You’re a strategic thinker and collaborative creative who partners seamlessly with art directors and cross-functional teams to develop smart, compelling, and original campaigns. Your portfolio demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, sharp headlines, polished copy, and the ability to bring integrated ideas to life across a variety of mediums.

Responsibilities
Ability to collaborate as well as work independently to develop and craft powerful creative concepts and executions of assigned projects across a variety of mediums, including print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radioCommunicate effectively with all agency departmentsClearly articulate creative concepts internally and to clients, as neededFlexibility and willingness to adapt your ideas to fit client needs and strategyWork closely with account and production teams to ensure concepts are within scope and budgetReview proofs, rough cuts, etc. for accuracy before final productionWork with AD to bring innovative concepts and messaging to lifeReview and provide feedback on creative briefs and timelinesResponsible for full campaign development from original concept to final production working with ACD/CD to produce effective campaignsStay current with trends across various media and marketing channels to create fresh innovative conceptsTrack and maintain accurate daily timesheets
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years advertising agency experience as a Copywriter, this is a MUSTPortfolio that demonstrates your creative skills and passion for storytellingWriting experience across several forms of mediaDesire to create fun, smart, compelling, meaningful work Excellent communication skillsAbility to work well under tight deadlinesStrong team playerWell-versed in print, social, digital, outdoor, TV, radioSelf-motivated, flexible, and the ability to adaptMeticulous about your craft including grammar, proofreading, basic English writing mechanics

Salary range: $85,000-$100,000 based on experience
This is a full-time position in our Boulder, CO office. Our office is currently operating in a hybrid capacity with one in-office day per week. We are committed to finding top talent and will prioritize local candidates, but we are open to considering remote applicants for the right fit.
