Senior Creative Producer

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented professional who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and foster strong cross-team collaboration. In this role, you’ll have full autonomy over the creative production process and a direct impact on growth through social media.
Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.
We already have 1 million users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 130 specialists.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in creative marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and the ability to extract insights from data and effectively apply them to strategy.
A producer mindset — the ability to spot content potential and evaluate its impact on business results.
Solid understanding of social media video trends and best-performing creative formats.
Proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Your key responsibilities
Create and implement scalable, automated creatives that consistently drive results.
Ensure high creative quality with a strong focus on performance metrics such as conversion rate, CTR, and CPA.
Continuously research new trends and creative ideas for paid advertising.
Collaborate closely with AI Content Creator and AI Prompt Engineer to integrate AI into the creative production process.
