We’re looking for a Senior Digital Content Designer who is obsessed with building iconic brands and excited about how AI and emerging technologies can unlock the next era of creative excellence.
This is not a production only role. This is a brand architect and creative technologist role.
You will help shape how 9amHealth looks, feels, and evolves across every digital touchpoint, using AI powered workflows, modern content systems, and bold experimentation to scale a trusted healthcare brand with precision and imagination.
Working closely with the CMO and Head of Design, you’ll push our visual identity forward, elevate our storytelling, and ensure every piece of content reflects both clinical credibility and creative genius.

Push creative boundaries to build a recognizable, differentiated, and enduring healthcare brand
Elevate 9amHealth’s digital presence across social, campaigns, lifecycle, and product touchpoints
Champion cohesive brand expression while continuously evolving it for modern platforms
Integrate AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, iteration, personalization, and motion
Develop scalable, AI enhanced content systems that increase both speed and quality
Experiment responsibly with emerging design technologies to expand creative capability
Design and evolve repeatable frameworks for social, performance marketing, and digital campaigns
Create modular brand systems that scale without sacrificing originality or trust
Ensure visual consistency across paid, owned, and product channels
Use strong human discernment to refine AI generated outputs
Ensure inclusivity, accessibility, regulatory awareness, and clinical accuracy
Partner with marketing, product, and clinical teams to maintain trust and credibility
Mentor teammates and share emerging trends in AI, digital design, and brand innovation
Improve creative prioritization and workflows to support a high performing marketing engine
Bring energy, vision, and creative leadership that inspires the broader organization
A standout design portfolio with strong brand storytelling and social first execution
6+ years of digital design experience across campaigns and online channels
Demonstrated experience incorporating AI into your creative workflow (ideation, asset generation, motion, automation, variation, etc.)
Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, color systems, and digital composition
Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)
Compensation: This role offers a base salary of up to $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
