Responsibilities include creating and managing digital content, briefing agencies, and executing campaigns end-to-end—combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery.

In this role you will:

  • Lead Digital Strategy & Campaigns: Drive end-to-end digital campaigns and initiatives, represent retail digital in strategic forums, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Website & Platform Optimization: Manage CMS operations, optimize digital assets for engagement and efficiency, and implement test-and-learn programs to enhance adviser experience.
  • Content Creation & Management: Originate compelling digital content, brief agencies, and execute campaigns while maintaining accurate, compliant website content.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, IT, and external agencies to deliver a seamless digital experience and introduce new tools and functionality.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain reporting frameworks, analyze engagement metrics, and ensure tracking and analytics tools are functioning to inform continuous improvement.
  • Technical Expertise & Leadership: Apply strong digital platform knowledge, manage multiple projects, and leverage data-driven insights to translate strategy into operational execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead digital programs independently with strategic oversight.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, web technologies, and CMS management.
  • Skilled in digital marketing, content creation, copywriting, and briefing agencies.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage and deliver multiple digital projects and priorities.
  • Experience working with IT teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including representing digital marketing in senior forums.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to translate strategy into practical execution.
