Senior Field Application Engineer - China

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Field Application Engineer based in the Greater China area to support our product development and customer implementation efforts. The ideal candidate is a technically hands-on problem solver who sits within the engineering team, actively supporting customers through complex integrations and translating field feedback into product improvements.

WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH:

• Bridging the gap between the market and our internal teams by actively translating client feedback and usage scenarios into actionable product improvements.

• Build deep technical relationships with customer architects and engineering management, serving as their primary technical advisor

• Dealing with technical questions/issues from customers, and assisting our customers in accelerating their development of our technology

• Training customers (alongside the engineering teams) by organising workshops and training sessions

• Providing technical support to our customers and answering questions on the applications of Innatera technology

• Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and articulate the value of Innatera technology to secure wins

• Collaborating actively with the SDK/EDK, architecture, and Product owner teams

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (FAE, System Architect, or similar roles) within the Semiconductor industry

• Experience with AI Embedded Applications

• Experience working in a global environment, bridging the gap between customer requirements in the Greater China area and European/Western HQ engineering teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field

• Native/Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional fluency in English (verbal and written)

• Great coding skills: Python, C/C++

• Knowledge of ML/AI Framework(s): TensorFlow, PyTorch

• Knowledge of Embedded Development Kit(s), and an AI background

• Computer architectural knowledge is a big advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility and outstanding communication & customer service skills

我们目前正在寻找一位常驻大中华区的优秀资深现场应用工程师，以支持我们的产品开发和客户落地项目。理想的候选人是一位具备极强技术实操能力的解决问题专家，作为工程团队的一员，积极支持客户完成复杂的系统集成，并将一线市场反馈转化为产品的持续迭代优化。

主要职责:

• 紧密连接市场与内部团队，积极将客户的反馈和使用场景转化为可执行的产品改进方案

• 与客户的架构师和工程管理层建立深厚的技术合作关系，担任其主要的技术顾问

• 处理客户提出的技术问题/疑难杂症，协助客户加快基于我们技术的开发进度

• 组织工作坊（Workshops）和培训会议，协同工程团队一起为客户提供技术培训

• 为客户提供技术支持，解答关于 Innatera 技术应用的相关问题

• 与销售团队合作挖掘潜在商机，清晰阐述 Innatera 的技术价值以促成项目成单

• 与 SDK/EDK（软件/嵌入式开发套件）团队、架构师以及产品负责人（Product Owner）团队保持积极紧密的协作

经验要求:

• 5年以上半导体行业面向客户的技术支持经验（如 FAE、系统架构师或类似岗位）

• 具备 AI 嵌入式应用 (AI Embedded Applications) 的相关经验

• 具备全球化跨国工作经验，能够有效沟通并弥合大中华区客户需求与欧洲/西方总部工程团队之间的跨地域协作差异

任职资格:

• 工程学、计算机科学或相关专业本科（含）以上学历

• 中文达到母语或双语水平，具备专业的英语听说读写能力

• 出色的编程能力： 熟练掌握 Python、C/C++

• 熟悉主流机器学习/人工智能框架（ML/AI Frameworks）如 TensorFlow、PyTorch

• 了解嵌入式开发套件（EDK），并具备一定的 AI 背景知识

• 具备计算机架构（Computer Architecture）知识者将是巨大的加分项

• 具备极强的逻辑分析能力与问题解决能力

• 具备较强的适应力与灵活性，以及出色的沟通技巧和客户服务意识
