As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will ensure consistency with the brand’s aesthetic tone of voice and
lifestyle messaging. This person will concept, create, design and drive the process, curate and
produce compelling original assets in collaboration with the external Creative agency, Brand
Manager, Creative team, and key cross-functional partners throughout the company. As our Sr.
Graphic Designer, you must stay connected to emerging trends across retail, technology, fashion
and ecommerce and ensure we are connected to our customer. The ideal candidate loves
storytelling, embraces digital, strong technical designer and is comfortable in the fast-paced
environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Brand with creative brief conceptualization, iteration, and drive execution for
fully integrated digital, print, and wholesale brand assets. - Oversee and implement UI/UX design with eCommerce team
- Translate strategic ideas into compelling and innovative creative concepts that engage the
customer and promotes brand’s relevance and desirability across multiple channels (site,
email, digital ads, etc.) - Build understanding of seasonal messaging strategies to develop concepts, designs that
support channel owners' business strategies. - Work in tandem with marketing to deliver brand-building and traffic-driving stories to
customers - Work closely with the production team on all shoot preparation, ensure execution aligns
with concept, and manage completion of final assets.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 4+ years of relevant industry experience
- Passionate about graphic design, typography, motion, photography, video, illustration, innovation and technology
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated and innovative marketing campaigns
- 2+ years leading and managing a graphic designer
- Strong conceptual thinker and visual storyteller
- Exceptional management skills
- Expert in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong presentation, organization, and time management skills
