The role:
We are looking for a key role player in strengthening our people operations by managing end-to-end HR processes while supporting leadership with strategic HR insights. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Daily Overview:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, and offboarding
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and contracts are compliant with local labor regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation accuracy
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, records, and reporting (KPIs, headcount, turnover, etc.)
  • Support company culture initiatives, engagement programs, and internal communications
  • Assist in audits, legal documentation, and HR risk management when required
  • Is this you:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both operational and strategic HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
