The Mission & The Work
Team Infrastructure builds the backbone of Glia’s cloud-native core. We bridge the gap between high-velocity development and rock-solid reliability, ensuring our product teams can ship fast without breaking things. Main responsibilities include:
Core Reliability & Security: Maintain, troubleshoot, and harden Glia’s cloud-native infrastructure and security posture.
Developer Enablement: Design and manage the CI/CD pipelines and telemetry tools that empower our product teams to ship with confidence.
Infrastructure Collaboration: Guide internal teams on best practices and work with key third-party vendor integrations.
Our Collaboration Model
We are a remote-first team distributed across Portugal, Poland, Estonia, and Canada, working across EET and EST timezones. While we embrace remote collaboration, we have offices in Tallinn and Tartu for those who prefer them. We also gather the full team in Estonia twice a year to innovate and connect in person.

What We’re Looking For
Experience in building and maintaining reliable and highly available systems
Experience in working with AWS cloud infrastructure and running containerized applications
At home with Linux/Unix tools and ecosystem
Infrastructure-as-Code enthusiast
Experience in coding that extends beyond scripting
Familiarity with core networking protocols and network troubleshooting
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
