The Marketing Insights Analyst role will help us in our mission by reporting, analyzing and managing the performance of critical initiatives that help grow and scale our business. Your role will be multifaceted and fast-paced and will require working collaboratively across the Revenue Operations and Marketing functions to oversee high-impact program deployment through comprehensive performance reporting. This person will be instrumental in the future of the function and provide insights to stakeholders to prove value, craft future campaigns and inform overall marketing strategy.

Strengths in business process assessment, project management, measurement and re-engineering are key, as is the ability to leverage technology to implement business solutions. This is a "roll up your sleeves" organizational role; the successful candidate is expected to perform all functions from administrative processing to supporting and leading strategic change initiatives within marketing.
What You Will Do:
Use Sales and Marketing technology to manage and track the efficacy of marketing initiatives and help implement the appropriate reporting and metrics to ensure desired results are being achieved and communicated to leadership.Tight alignment to marketing and finance for efficient budget management and ROMI analysis.Continually monitor performance metrics and adjust processes as necessary to meet marketing goals for proactive identification of issues that could impact the successful growth thesis of the marketing function.Manage the production of quarterly Marketing board of directors reports and presentation.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree preferred4+years consulting, analytical, and/or sales or marketing operations experience preferably working with B2B marketing organizations.4+ years experience working with Salesforce, Hubspot (or alternative), Bizible (or alternative); BI Tools (CRM Analytics) a plus.
