(Senior) Marketing Officer - Graphic Design, Social Media & Content Creation
- Responsible for handling and designing visual content for projects, online and offline
- Develop graphics and layouts for digital and integrated marketing campaigns
- Develop compelling content and manage communications across social media platforms to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and operate Corporate Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Xiaohongshu accounts, including posts/shorts/video design, graphics, copywriting, and on-camera presentations (such as create compelling video scripts, dialogues, etc.)
- Implement online advertising campaigns through different channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and Xiaohongshu, etc.
- Achieve targeted growth and ensure content marketing effectiveness
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns
- Participate and provide support in on-/off-line marketing event & activities when necessary
- Achieve targeted growth and ensure content marketing effectiveness
- Plan and optimize the digital ad strategies and spend efficiency
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Degree or above in Graphic / Premium Design, Creative Media, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5,
- Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop software is a must
- Minimum 3 year of social media management experience is preferable, such as social media content creation, advertising, etc.
- Possess knowledge of graphic design, photo & video shooting and editing (Proficiency in using AI tools is a plus)
- Strong creativity with a deep understanding of digital and social media trends
- Creative, detailed mindset with multi-tasking and project management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivated with can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English
- Be responsive with ability to work independently under pressure
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
