Job Purpose
Yelo Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing and communication activities related to the program. This role ensures consistent growth in user engagement, brand visibility, and program performance through strategic campaigns, personalized communication, and strong community interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaigns & Communications
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Yelo app and its features, rewards, benefits, and credit card.
- Create communication roadmaps aligned with business priorities and customer insights.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.
- Ensure consistency of tone of voice, branding, and messaging across all channels.
2. Media Planning
- Build and manage media plans for Yelo campaigns (digital media, paid social, influencer collaborations, offline placements when applicable).
- Allocate and optimize budgets to maximize reach and ROI.
- Track performance and provide actionable insights to improve future planning.
3. Social Media Content
- Plan, brief, and oversee the creation of engaging social media content promoting Yelo activities, promotions, and partnerships.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content for engagement and growth.
4. Events & Activations
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, brand events, and partner-driven activities to increase Yelo visibility and member engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, creative materials, staffing, and reporting of results.
- Build strong relationships with partners to secure co-branded activations and opportunities.
5. Community Management
- Engage daily with Yelo users across social platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate any issues to relevant teams and ensure quick resolution.
- Monitor conversations and community trends to identify opportunities for improvement and engagement.
6. Personalized Campaigns
- Develop targeted and personalized communication campaigns using user segmentation and behavioral data (push notifications, emails, in-app messages).
- Collaborate with the CRM and data teams to refine audience segments and improve campaign performance.
- Analyze user journeys to identify gaps and new engagement opportunities.
