The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing the marketing activities and to ensure that they are in line with the company’s overall strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Branding & Marketing Management:
Ensure proper implementation of GMRL Brands and various business marketing and communications strategies
Develop advertising and marketing tools including above the line and below the line materials based on the yearly marketing calendars
Develop promotional content material such as tactical flyers, seasonal brochures, and advertising campaigns
Organize and supervise occasional events in addition to other related public relations jobs
Responsible of press releases developments (with the help of the agency) and circulation
Contributing in the social media content development for GMRL brands
Follow up on GMRL CSR activities and develop a proper activities calendar related to every initiative with its implementation
Conduct store visits and market tours
Supervise and execute mystery shopping visits
Collaboration & Communication:
Manage all online and offline communication channels
Handle the Advertising scene and competitor’s media review on quarterly basis in coordination of the Media Buying Unit
Interact and coordinate with the company’s business partners such as advertising agency, media buying unit, PR agency, production, and printing houses
Cooperate with other related departments such as commercial department, operations, and finance
Communicate directly with GMRL outlets to ensure proper implementation of promotions, branding, campaigns, launches and events
Coordinate directly with the company’s call center for inbound and outbound related issues
Insure proper implementation of in-house surveys and questionnaires
Analyze and interpret sales figures, evaluate advertising and promotions campaign and digital flyers and conduct market surveys
Conduct daily media monitoring and developing competitive reports and analysis
Manage the brand marketing and advertising budget and generate monthly A&P reports
Submit the A&P and other related reports to the concerned departments
Prepare advertising expenditure versus sales report on quarterly basis
Market Analysis & Performance Tracking:
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in F&B Marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field
