What You’ll Do
Own and drive development schedules across multiple teamsTranslate high-level product strategy into actionable roadmaps and milestonesPartner with Design and Engineering leads to define scope and delivery timelinesProactively identify production risks and resolve blockersFacilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncsImprove production workflows to increase clarity and velocityCoordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operationsSupport live ops initiatives, seasonal content, and ongoing feature releases
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in game production or technical productionExperience shipping and operating a live-service gameStrong understanding of agile development and production frameworksExperience working closely with engineering teams on complex systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mentality and bias toward action
Nice to Have
Experience in competitive multiplayer or real-money gaming environmentsBackground in technical productionExperience in early-stage or high-growth studiosPassion for poker, strategy games, or competitive ecosystemsMandarin proficiency (preferred but not required)
