Initially built to democratize Bitcoin in France, Bitstack has gone from a simple product that invests spare change in bitcoin, to a crypto-native bank bringing a better way to save, spend, and grow money to our 300K+ users. We want to rebuild finance from the ground up to empower people to achieve financial freedom by participating in a more open and inclusive financial system. The role
At Bitstack, we believe that great product & design are key to win in a competitive market.
Since we operate without product managers, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, working side by side with engineers. You’ll own the vision, the craft, and the impact.
For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end.

What you'll do
Collaborate closely with engineering, care, and compliance to deliver impactful projects
Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from idea to polished delivery, and taking ownership for achieving their success
Create mockups, prototypes, and high-quality visuals with exceptional attention to detail
Use and improve our lightweight design system components
Communicate design decisions with clarity, inviting feedback while holding a strong vision
Contribute to set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Bitstack
What we’re looking for
Proven track record of designing high-quality products in fast-paced start-up environment
A portfolio featuring exceptional craft, taste, and problem solving
Strong command of visual design, UI patterns, and interaction principles
Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI)
Ability to lead projects independently — from discovery to shipping
Pragmatic mindset: you balance design quality with speed, business goals, and technical constraints
Clear communicator who can distill feedback and articulate design decisions
Bonus: You ship to production, perhaps with a little help from AI
