You will lead the design of mobile and web applications, focusing on subscription growth and user retention. This role involves taking broadly defined concepts and turning them into polished, user-centric features. What you will do:

• Design and iterate on end-to-end user journeys for mobile and web platforms, prioritizing growth-centric features and subscription funnels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex user needs and business goals into high-fidelity prototypes and interfaces.

• Maintain and evolve the internal design system while ensuring all designs meet high standards for accessibility and visual excellence.

The ideal candidate:

• Has extensive experience in mobile and web product design, specifically within subscription-based models or B2C growth-stage tech companies.

• Possesses a portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, visual craft, and the ability to move from ambiguity to clear, tactical solutions.

• Is proficient in Figma and experienced in using data and user research to justify design decisions and measure post-launch success.
