You'll join ZOE's Product team, which sets product direction across the company. You'll define problems, make trade-offs, and work closely with partners across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Nutrition Science, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Customer Service.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll work with Product leadership to build the technical and operational engine that powers our ecosystem. As part of the centralised Product team, you'll ensure a robust, consistent experience across ZOE, shipping products grounded in science and bulletproof technical logic.
As the Senior PM for our Commerce Platform team, you own the "source of truth" for our members. You are responsible for the technical foundation that powers how people purchase, manage, and engage with ZOE’s product range over the long term.
This is a Systems Thinker’s dream. You aren't just building a checkout page; you are orchestrating the complex logic that connects our Gut Health Tests, Daily30+ supplements, and the ZOE App into a seamless multi-product ecosystem. You'll define the capabilities across monetisation and retention—ensuring our commerce infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and prepared for global growth.
You will focus on:
The Member Portal: Designing the logic for subscription management, plan upgrades, and complex account "states" (e.g., pausing supplements while keeping test access).
Commerce Orchestration: Scaling our purchasing engine to handle shared carts, multi-currency, and complex billing cycles.
Lifecycle Integrity: Ensuring data flows perfectly between Stripe (Payments), Dato (CMS), and our internal databases to provide a frictionless member experience.
Infrastructure for Growth: Building the e-commerce "plumbing" required to support new product launches and international expansion.
✈️ This is a remote role. However, applicants must be open to traveling to London on a monthly basis. We value face-to-face time for our centralised Product team to ensure we stay aligned and move fast.

Define the roadmap for our subscription management and retention journeys, ensuring a seamless technical experience across our product range.
Turn complex biological testing and subscription concepts into frictionless, high-reliability experiences.
Act as the bridge between Commercial goals and Engineering execution. You’ll be "almost a technical PM," documenting detailed PRDs that account for every edge case and "if/then" scenario.
Use qualitative and quantitative data (Hex, Mixpanel) to identify friction points in the billing or account lifecycle and build scalable solutions.
Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Legal, and Ops—ensuring our commerce roadmap accounts for global tax, compliance, and logistics.
5+ years in Product Management, with a specific focus on Commerce, Payments, Platform, or Subscription-based products.
You don't just see the "Buy" button; you see the API call, the database entry, and the automated email. You thrive on mapping out invisible wires and complex dependencies.
You have a deep understanding of back-end logic and API-driven workflows. You are comfortable discussing webhooks, payment failure logic, and database states with engineers.

You enjoy untangling "messy" problems like billing migrations, multi-product discounting, or global currency logic.

Hiring Manager Deep Dive (30 min) - You’ll meet with our Chief Product Officer. This is a "meaty" technical and strategic conversation. We’ll skip the surface-level fluff and get straight into how you’ve scaled e-commerce platforms, handled complex trade-offs, and your philosophy on "gateway" user experiences.

Case study Deep Dive (60 min): You will present your strategy to a panel of Product and Engineering leads, followed by a Q&A on your trade-offs and technical logic.
Cross-Functional Partnership (45 min): You’ll meet your future partners . We’ll explore how you translate complex biological data into a commercial narrative and how you manage high-stakes stakeholder trade-offs.
Leadership & Values (45 min): A final session with our CPO and CEO. This is about "Founder Mentality", discussing long-term vision, ethical health-tech dilemmas, and your track record of mentoring and elevating those around you.
