As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) – North America, you will lead high-impact outbound sales initiatives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise-level prospects across the region. This is a critical, quota-carrying role that partners closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong pipeline. The position is office-based and aligned with North American business hours, requiring consistent overlap with EST/PST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively engage enterprise prospects across North America through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify customer pain points, map buying committees, and qualify opportunities before handing them over to Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Generation: Consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Market & Account Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning, and regional market dynamics to tailor outreach strategies.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and improved conversion rates.
  • Cross-Timezone Coordination: Effectively manage outreach, follow-ups, and internal collaboration across multiple time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an SDR/Senior SDR in the North American B2B SaaS market.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior and enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Highly goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and qualification skills to uncover customer needs and buying intent.
  • Ability to work North American business hours with reliable connectivity; occasional travel may be required.
