We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue by converting qualified leads into successful sales. The role focuses on engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their requirements, and delivering a seamless sales experience while building long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell curated travel packages to prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand customer preferences and requirements to recommend suitable offerings.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings by building trust and delivering value-driven conversations.
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales journey, from first interaction to closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2C sales (travel experience is not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
