Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven ESG Sales Manager to lead business development efforts for our ESG solutions portfolio. This individual contributor role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and promoting ESG-related services including sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, and ESG assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG frameworks and a proven track record in consultative sales. 

Note: We are also open to base locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition for ESG solutions across assigned territory and industry segments with major focus on BFSI
  • Build and nurture relationships with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders to promote ESG offerings such as sustainability reports, carbon accounting, ESG ratings, and impact assessments
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate profiling, sectoral studies, and ESG consulting engagements
  • Organize and lead theme-based events/webinars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ESG solutions
  • Understand client needs and align ESG solutions with their sustainability goals and regulatory requirements
  • Key Requirements:

  • Post-graduate with 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ESG or sustainability consulting
  • Strong professional network and established connections within the BFSI sector
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, carbon markets, and sustainability reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good excel hygiene is mandatory
  • Experience in cracking sales closures primarily in the large-corporate segment
