The Opportunity
Step into a role where you’ll shape the systems that keep KPMG operating at its best. As our Senior Systems Engineer (EUC), you’ll be central to delivering secure, high‑performing infrastructure that enables thousands of our people to work seamlessly every day.
You’ll partner closely with the SE Lead and specialists across the business, modernising our platforms, elevating service reliability, and championing best practice across the enterprise. This is your chance to drive meaningful impact in a global firm that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and excellence. This is a
12-month fixed term role.
Day to day you will:
- Design, maintain, and optimise modern EUC and endpoint management platforms, ensuring a secure, reliable, and high‑performing digital workplace experience.
- Contribute to the modernisation and uplift of Windows endpoint management.
- Manage the operational health of the EUC platform, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues across performance, reliability, and security.
- Act as a SME for EUC, managing escalations and implementing standards. Create and maintain high‑quality documentation and runbooks to support consistency, operational excellence, and effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate closely with IT security and compliance teams to deliver secure‑by‑default endpoint configurations, vulnerability management, and alignment with enterprise requirements.
- Contribute to the design, support, and improvement of supporting systems and infrastructure that underpin the EUC environment, including integration with on‑premises and cloud platforms.
- Stay across emerging technologies, assessing and recommending improvements that uplift KPMG’s overall digital environment.
About you:
- Proven experience delivering and supporting endpoint management using the following technologies: Intune, Autopilot, MECM, Windows, and Group Policy in enterprise co‑managed or hybrid environments.
- Strong hands‑on experience across endpoint modernisation, optimisation, monitoring, and complex troubleshooting.
- A solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and governance requirements in enterprise environments.
- Exposure to, or experience with, general systems and infrastructure platforms, with the ability to contribute beyond EUC where required.
- A proactive, curious mindset, with a track record of identifying opportunities to improve platforms, processes, and user experience.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to influence, mentor, and elevate those around you.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity, aligned with KPMG’s values of Integrity, Courage, Excellence, Together, and For Better.
