In this role, you will own the end-to-end SEO lifecycle—strategy, execution, content optimization, and performance tracking. You will be responsible for improving organic rankings, increasing qualified traffic, and converting visitors through well-structured landing pages and compelling SEO-driven content. The position requires strong expertise across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to translate data insights into actionable improvements. You’ll work in a fast-paced SaaS-style environment where experimentation, iteration, and measurable impact are key.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and growth objectives
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent and high-conversion opportunities
- Optimize website content including metadata, headers, internal linking, site structure, and image assets
- Drive off-page SEO initiatives through high-quality link-building and outreach programs
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexing, and schema
- Build and execute an SEO-focused content strategy for blogs, landing pages, guides, and long-form assets
- Write and optimize content that ranks well on search engines while engaging users and driving conversions
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages with a strong focus on lead generation and CRO
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly layouts and implementations
- Track performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions using analytics and SEO tools
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights to continuously refine and improve SEO outcomes
- Stay current with evolving SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably within B2B SaaS, Martech, or digital-first environments
- Strong command over on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals
- Proven ability to create SEO-optimized content that ranks, engages, and converts
- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and basic scripting concepts
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into action
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
